
This recipe is perfect for meal prep. It combines a lot of good flavors and I love that it’s still good up to a week after I make it.
Prep Time: 35 minutes | Yields: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
- 🌶 3 bell peppers, sliced (green, red, yellow)
- 🌶 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 🌶 3 mild or hot Italian sausages
- 🌶 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🌶 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 🌶 SPICES: Salt, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, parsley, thyme
CREATE
- Heat olive oil in large pot. Brown sausages, turning them over as they brown. (~12 minutes)
- Remove the sausages and slice. Add the sliced onions and garlic to the pot; sauté. Once softened (~3 minutes) add the peppers and sauté. Add in all the spices, let simmer until softened.
- Pour diced tomatoes into pot. Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream or half and half to pot to thicken sauce. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add in cooked bow ties; mix everything together and serve.
