Ingredients

1 chicken breast, cubed

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 lb asparagus, chopped into 1-inch pieces

1/2 lb penne
π
2 1/2 tbsp pesto
π
1/4 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

Spices: Oregano; rosemary; thyme; Italian seasoning; fresh parsley
Create
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, pan-fry in olive oil.
- Boil water; cook penne.
- Remove chicken from pan (place to side), pan-fry asparagus in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked chicken, pesto, heavy cream, oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning, and rosemary to the asparagus; simmer.
- Add cherry tomatoes, mix; Add penne, mix; Add additional pesto, if necessary.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
