ingredients
- 1 cup instant white rice
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- A dash of salt
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, torn
create
- Add vegetable oil to cooked rice in a medium pot, mix and cook over low heat.
- Add bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, garlic, and torn basil. Then stir in remaining spices: red pepper flakes, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy. Goes good with lobster tail or crab cakes.
