I love throwing this yogurt bowl together in the morning! It’s quick, healthy, and delicious.
I like to use Oikos Greek vanilla yogurt— I find that Oikos has the lowest sugar but the highest protein of the selections at Publix. I love vanilla and it’s plain enough that I could probably add any fruit without it clashing. Any yogurt will do, of course.
Granola is a tricky one because it usually contains a lot of sugar. I like to believe it is filled with healthy grains though, making it a healthier start to the day than pastries or waffles or pancakes. I’ve been using maple pecan granola or vanilla almond granola, but any kind will work. The important thing for me is that it tastes good but also that it doesn’t have super high sugar levels, so I try to find that balance.

Ingredients
- 5 spoonfuls of Oikos vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 strawberries, quartered
- 4 raspberries
- Handful of blueberries
- 4 blackberries
Mix it all up and enjoy a whirlwind of tart yogurt meets sweet, soft berries meets crunchy nutty granola and walnut 😍
