BUTTERY GARLIC SHRIMP SCAMPI

Cook Time: 45 minutes | Yields: 3 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 of a lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked
  • SPICES: Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, oregano, fresh parsley

CREATE

  1. Over medium heat, heat up butter in a pot. Add garlic and cook until browned.
  2. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
  3. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Combine in the heavy cream and corn starch to thicken sauce.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and fresh parsley. Toss until it’s coated. Enjoy!
