
Cook Time: 45 minutes | Yields: 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 of a lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked
- SPICES: Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, oregano, fresh parsley
CREATE
- Over medium heat, heat up butter in a pot. Add garlic and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
- Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Combine in the heavy cream and corn starch to thicken sauce.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and fresh parsley. Toss until it’s coated. Enjoy!
