
Serves 4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 40 minutes
ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- A dash of salt

- Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, coat the sweet potato strips in vegetable oil.
- In a separate bowl, combine corn starch, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and parsley. Mix together, then coat the sweet potatoes evenly until the corn starch has soaked into the oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes; remove the sheet and flip each fry over. Bake for another 15 minutes. Turn the oven off and let them sit for 10 minutes to get crispy.
