
Avocado toast is one of my favorite ways to start a day – if I have the time to whip it up; but i can promise that it is worth it!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
🥑 1 avocado spread over toasted rye bread
🥑 1/2 Roma tomato, diced
🥑 1-2 tablespoons of diced red onion
🥑 Chopped bacon bits, for an extra bit of breakfast flavor!
🥑 Plus salt, pepper, and *ROSEMARY* to taste – my secret ingredient
*Add the egg if you want a bit of extra protein and salty to your healthy and sweet*
1 scrambled egg, mixed with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon milk for extra fluffiness.
And of course, a mixed berry bowl if you want a bit of a *healthy sugar high* and tangy sweet flavor to kick off your day.
